Your first thoughts of the product:
Smelt like another similar product I had used, quite spicy with turmeric coming through strongly. Not sure whether there was any ‘issue’ with my hens egg colour.

The Trial

The instructions were to mix with a little water to make a paste then mix with daily feed. This was a little fiddly and time consuming and there was still a powder residue at the bottom of the feed each day. The hens did seem to like the supplement as part of their mix and ate what had become a mix. Did’t see an improvement in the overall health of the birds or egg quality but the yolk colour seemed to deepen.
Conclusion
Whilst egg colour did deepen, which I would expect when considering the ingredients.
Overall the preparation was a bit fiddly.
I don’t have an issue with the quality of my eggs as the girls spend the day free ranging.
Based on the prepaparation / waste and lack of obvious impact I wouldn’t buy again.
